Designation    IT Infrastructure – EUC & Digital Workplace
Job Description:

  The role of IT Infrastructure – EUC & Digital Workplace is a specialist role and involve the following roles and responsibilities:
•    Perform architectural planning, design, and implementation for solutions on Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix XenApp, and XenDesktop to cater to specific client needs in the EUC domain.
•    Offer consultative and advisory services on EUC & Digital Workplace technologies and deployment architectures. This should encompass the entire process from understanding the client’s current infrastructure, identifying challenges, and providing suitable solutions.
•    Conduct comprehensive assessment of the client's existing work environment including, but not limited to, Desktops, Virtual Workspace, Collaboration tools, Unified Communications, Microsoft technologies, Cloud-based workspace solutions, Workplace security, Application delivery, patch management, desktop management, Desktop as a Service etc., and suggest transformative opportunities for improved adoption of pertinent workplace platforms.
•    Engage directly with the client to comprehend both explicit and implicit requirements. Translate these functional requirements into technical specifications.
•    Leverage technologies, such as Ivanti UWM, AppSense, or Citrix WEM, to enhance the end-user experience and streamline EUC environment management.
•    Implement appropriate App Layering techniques to optimize application delivery and management processes.
•    Construct and maintain efficient PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and streamline processes related to EUC management and administration.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and tailor solutions to meet these specifications.
•    Demonstrate the ability to establish strategy for clients on matters such as EUC & Digital Workplace, Desktop Migration, VDI, Workplace Modernization, Deployments as a Service, Field support services, Mobility, and Workplace Transformations.
•    Conduct an assessment and modernization of the existing Citrix infrastructure to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
•    Experience with Application Packaging and integration in an end-user computing environment.
•    Ensure the implementation of sustainable and scalable solutions to facilitate smooth operations and future upgrades.
Desired Profile    •    A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
•    At least 5+  years of experience in the end-user computing (EUC) domain with in-depth knowledge of technologies like Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, Citrix XenApp, and XenDesktop, Ivanti UWM/Citrix WEM.
•    Solid understanding of Active Directory, Domain Migration, Microsoft Technologies, and Cloud-based workspace solutions.
•    Proven experience in architectural planning, design, and implementation of EUC solutions.
•    Strong experience in utilizing Ivanti UWM, Appsense, or Citrix WEM to enhance user experience and streamline EUC environment management.
•    Advanced PowerShell scripting skills, with a focus on automation and streamlining management tasks.
•    Experience with Application Packaging in an EUC environment.
•    Excellent consulting, advisory, and client interaction skills. Must be able to understand client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
•    Proficiency in app layering techniques for optimizing application delivery and management.
•    Experience across a wide range of technologies including Desktop Migration, VDI, and AppSense.
•    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
•    Excellent problem-solving abilities and a visionary outlook to offer practical solutions for workplace modernization and digital transformations.
•    Proven track record in designing and implementing strategy for EUC & Digital Workplace solutions, and As-a-Service deployments.
•    Relevant certifications in Citrix, Microsoft, or other EUC technologies will be preferred.
Experience:    5 to 6 years
Education :   B.Tech. / BS in Computer Science
